All sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is done.
Refund Policy
No refund will be issued on books damaged during transit. We pack your parcel with utmost care to avoid any damage during transit.
In case you have any queries regarding refunds in unfortunate circumstances like technical errors, please reach out to thesproutsbooks@gmail.com with your request.
Shipping & Return Policy
The books will be shipped within 2-3 business days of placing the order.
The shipping is done via India Post and the delivery rates will be calculated at the checkout.
Once shipped, it generally takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery anywhere inside Kerala. Outside Kerala, delivery happens in 10 to 20 days.
Orders once delivered cannot be returned.
We send books after ensuring everything is right with respect to the order placed.
But still, if there arises any complaint, please reach out to thesproutsbooks@gmail.com with your request.
To be eligible for a return in unforeseen circumstances, the claim has to be proved and the books should be unused and sent back as received.
Please note that if your package does not arrive due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, we will be unable to reship or refund that order.
